IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilace Casino ("jilace", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://jilace.app. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any feature of the jilace platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not use the jilace platform.
1 Definitions
In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
- "Platform" means the jilace Casino website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all related services accessible at jilace.app and any associated subdomains.
- "Account" means the registered user account opened by a Player on the jilace Platform.
- "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's jilace wallet denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
- "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins values, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the aggregate amount of eligible bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
- "GCash" and "Maya" mean Philippine-registered electronic money issuer services operated by Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc. and Voyager Innovations, Inc. respectively.
2 Acceptance of Terms
2.1 By accessing or using the jilace Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing game lobbies, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or contacting customer support — you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to be legally bound by its terms.
2.2 Your continued use of the jilace Platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. jilace will notify registered users of material amendments via the contact information held on their account and/or by displaying a notice on the Platform.
2.3 This Agreement is available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between translated or summarized versions and the English text, the English version shall prevail.
3 Eligibility and Age Requirements
3.1 Minimum Age. Real-money gaming on the jilace Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
3.2 Age Verification. jilace reserves the right to require age verification at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any suspicious account activity. Players may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS/GSIS card, or voter's ID.
3.3 Geographic Eligibility. The jilace Platform is operated under Philippine gaming regulations and is intended for use by persons physically located within the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the jilace Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jilace does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
3.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or hold an active jilace account:
- Persons under 21 years of age;
- Employees, officers, contractors, or immediate family members of jilace or its affiliated companies;
- Persons who have registered for self-exclusion with jilace or any PAGCOR-administered exclusion programme;
- Persons who have been identified by jilace as posing a money laundering or fraud risk;
- Persons prohibited from gambling under any applicable Philippine law or court order.
4 Account Registration
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) jilace account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account information if any details change. jilace is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details.
4.3 Registration Data. Required registration fields include: a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, a date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years old, and a secure password. jilace may request additional information as required by KYC procedures or PAGCOR compliance obligations.
4.4 Account Verification. Registration is completed by verifying your Philippine mobile number via a one-time password (OTP). Accounts that have not completed OTP verification may have restricted access to deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals.
5 Account Security
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number.
5.2 You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jilace will never ask you for your password. If any jilace representative requests your password, do not provide it and report the request to [email protected] immediately.
5.3 You must notify jilace immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. jilace will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending resolution. jilace is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
5.4 jilace employs industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, two-factor authentication, and fraud monitoring. These measures reduce but do not eliminate all security risks. Players bear ultimate responsibility for their own device security.
6 Deposits and Payments
6.1 Currency. All transactions on the jilace Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilace does not process deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies.
6.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jilace accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) online banking, Banco de Oro (BDO) online banking, Metrobank online banking, 7-Eleven CLIQQ, and BSP-registered QR Ph payment. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed on the Deposit page.
6.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine pesos (₱100). Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to PAGCOR-prescribed transaction limits.
6.4 Funding Source. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds originating from a payment account belonging to another person — are prohibited. jilace reserves the right to suspend accounts and reverse deposits where third-party funding is detected.
6.5 Anti-Money Laundering. jilace is obligated to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and related AMLC regulations. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council of the Philippines.
7 Withdrawals
7.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is two hundred Philippine pesos (₱200). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
7.2 KYC Requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending submission and approval of required identity documents. KYC documents must be submitted once per account lifetime.
7.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya wallets are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) Philippine banking business days. Processing times may be extended during public holidays, maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.
7.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will, where technically possible, be returned to the same payment method used for deposit. jilace reserves the right to require withdrawals to be made via bank transfer where the deposit payment method cannot receive disbursements.
7.5 No Withdrawal Fees. jilace does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the Player's responsibility.
8 Bonuses and Promotions
8.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by jilace are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. These specific terms are stated in full on the relevant promotion page.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are set out in the specific promotion terms.
8.3 Maximum Bet While Bonus is Active. While a wagering requirement is pending, the maximum permitted bet per spin or hand from the bonus balance is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
8.4 Bonus Abuse. jilace reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover bonuses and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, coordinated bonus claims across multiple accounts, and exploitation of software errors.
8.5 One Bonus Per Player. Welcome bonuses are available to new account holders on their first deposit only. A household, device, IP address, or payment method may not be used to claim more than one welcome bonus.
8.6 jilace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions are subject to availability and may be geographically restricted.
9 Gameplay Rules
9.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the jilace Platform is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9.2 Random Number Generation. All slot machines, table games, and other chance-based games on jilace use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RNG certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories. jilace does not manipulate game outcomes.
9.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication error, or software error that affects the outcome or display of a game, jilace reserves the right to void affected game rounds. Bets placed in connection with a verifiable malfunction will be refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays."
9.4 Disconnection. jilace is not responsible for game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's side. Where a game session is interrupted mid-round, the outcome of that round — if resolved on the server — will be applied to the Player's account upon reconnection.
9.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on jilace are subject to additional market-specific rules that govern settlement, void conditions, in-play restrictions, and maximum payout limits. These rules are available in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
10 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jilace Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:
- Registering an account while under 21 years of age or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age;
- Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC procedures;
- Using the Platform in connection with money laundering or any other criminal activity;
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with games or the Platform in any way not intended for human players;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's favour and failing to report them to jilace;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multi-player games;
- Charging back or reversing a payment after it has been credited to your jilace account;
- Engaging in harassment, abusive behaviour, or any conduct toward jilace staff or other players that jilace reasonably considers inappropriate;
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
11 Responsible Gaming
11.1 jilace is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Philippine players. We acknowledge that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we maintain a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all account holders.
11.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jilace account holders at no charge via the Account Settings page:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit increases take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a defined period.
- Session Time Limits: Receive a notification and optional forced logout after a set play duration.
- Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing session duration and net gaming result.
- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or indefinitely suspend your account. Minimum temporary exclusion periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and 12 months are available. Indefinite self-exclusion is also available and can only be lifted after a mandatory minimum cooling-off period.
11.3 Under-18 Protection. While jilace's minimum age is 21, we encourage all account holders with children in their household to use device-level parental controls to prevent underage access to gaming platforms.

12 Intellectual Property
12.1 All content on the jilace Platform, including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, sound effects, and design elements, is the exclusive property of jilace or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilace Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
12.3 Any unauthorized use of jilace's intellectual property may result in account suspension and civil or criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).
13 Limitation of Liability
13.1 The jilace Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilace makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game thereon.
13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jilace's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the Player's Real Money Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
13.3 jilace shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress, arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform.
13.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes jilace's liability for death or personal injury caused by jilace's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
14 Account Suspension and Termination
14.1 jilace's Right to Suspend. jilace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where a Player has breached this Agreement, where KYC verification has not been completed, where fraud or money laundering is suspected, or where required by PAGCOR or any competent authority.
14.2 Notice. Where practicable and not prejudicial to the investigation of fraud or other prohibited conduct, jilace will provide reasonable notice before suspending an account and will communicate the reason for the suspension.
14.3 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your jilace account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Your Real Money Balance at the time of closure, less any pending bonus wagering obligations, will be refunded to your registered payment method upon completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
14.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay). jilace reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, provided that the Real Money Balance shall never be reduced below zero and the Player is notified before any fee is applied.
15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
15.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the applicable provisions of the Civil Code, the Consumer Act (Republic Act No. 7394), and PAGCOR regulations.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be addressed through jilace's internal complaints procedure. Players may submit formal complaints to the jilace support team at [email protected]. jilace will acknowledge all formal complaints within three (3) business days and provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.
15.3 Where a complaint cannot be resolved through jilace's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as the applicable gaming regulator.
15.4 The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved through the procedures above.
16 Amendments to This Agreement
16.1 jilace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication on the Platform with the updated "Last Modified" date indicated at the top of this document.
16.2 For material changes that adversely affect Player rights, jilace will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to the affected accounts.
16.3 Your continued use of the jilace Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.3.
